PointBridge Recognized by Microsoft for Exceptional Customer Experience with a Partner of the Year Award
Microsoft Corp. recognized PointBridge, a leading Microsoft solutions provider, with the Central Region Outstanding Customer Experience Partner of the Year Award.
The customer experience award honors a Microsoft partner that consistently achieves exceptional customer satisfaction through outreach and participation across a range of activities. PointBridge earned the award for its work at one of the world’s largest publishers of tax, accounting, corporate finance, legal and health information for professionals. PointBridge assisted the client to migrate numerous customer-facing Web sites to a single platform based on Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) 2007.

Ten Central Region Microsoft partners were nominated for the Outstanding Customer Experience Partner of the Year Award and PointBridge was the sole recipient of the honor. To qualify for nomination, PointBridge was a winner of a Midwest District-level Customer Experience Award. The Midwest District includes partner organizations in Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin. The Central Region is comprised of 18 states and includes more than 12,000 partner companies.
