PointBridge Featured on Front Page of Crain's Chicago Business for Innovative Recruiting Incentives
Crain’s Chicago Business profiled PointBridge, a leading Microsoft solutions provider, in a front-page article for its June 11, 2007 issue. The story titled, “Labor Shortage Threatens Growth,” featured PointBridge CEO Mike Gersten describing his company’s innovative approach to recruiting and hiring talent. While highlighted, PointBridge was one of several Chicago companies interviewed for the local economy story.
Quoted throughout the article, Gersten noted some unique recruiting incentives including internal referrals that earn existing employees car lease payments up to three years for successful internal hires.
Gersten said, “It’s working – 71% of last year’s new hires at PointBridge came from internal recommendations – and without it the firm might not find the workers it needs to continue to meet customer demand.”
PointBridge relies on innovative technical talent. For more information regarding PointBridge careers, please visit http://www.pointbridge.com/careers.html.
