PointBridge Expands Team with Expert Recruits
PointBridge, a leading Microsoft solutions provider, expanded its team today in an effort to continue its growth trajectory. Effective immediately, Sanjeev Arora joins the firm as Solutions Architect for the Unified Communications group and Paige Midness joins the company as Manager of Services Development.

Sanjeev Arora
Arora will continue the growth and development of the Unified Communications team for PointBridge. He brings to PointBridge more than 16 years of consulting experience with Microsoft collaboration and infrastructure technologies. He joins the company from Avanade (a joint venture between Microsoft and Accenture) where he was an Infrastructure Architect on enterprise-scale projects using Microsoft technologies: Exchange, LCS, Active Directory and SharePoint®.
Arora is certified as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE 2000/2003), Project Management Professional (PMP) and Cisco Certified Network Association (CCNA).
Paige Midness
Midness will be responsible for developing a Project Management Office (PMO), refining PointBridge’s Solutions Framework, developing packaged services offerings and managing the firm’s intellectual property.
Most recently, Midness led the Chicago Microsoft practice for Berbee Information Networks Corporation, a CDW company. There, she oversaw all aspects of the business from pre-sales, project framing and delivery, to the company’s Microsoft alliances. Prior to Berbee, Midness worked at Arthur Andersen LLP and Baker & McKenzie.
