PointBridge Awarded Top Microsoft Honors for Customer Experience
PointBridge, a Microsoft solutions provider, was recently honored by Microsoft for its dedication to customer experience and satisfaction. Todd Golden, Director of Alliances for PointBridge, accepted the customer satisfaction and experience award on behalf of PointBridge at the Microsoft Midwest District Partner Briefing on February 5, 2008.
The customer experience award recognizes a partner who has consistently provided exceptional customer satisfaction. It also rewards positive, predictable, value-based experience created by the partner for the customer through superior achievement or programs designed to dramatically improve the customer experience.

The work PointBridge completed with one of the world’s largest publishers of tax, accounting, corporate finance, legal and health information in print and electronic formats was key to its award recognition. PointBridge is working with the client to migrate numerous customer facing websites to a single, comprehensive platform based on Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) 2007. Based on the positive customer satisfaction from the project, as well as previous SharePoint projects, the customer recently awarded PointBridge a two year contract through its shared services organization to outsource the administrative management of its internal SharePoint Intranet. This Intranet supports collaboration for over 20,000 employees and partners around the world.
PointBridge was selected for this Microsoft excellence award out of over 1,000 partners in the Midwest district. Further, the customer experience and satisfaction award recognition qualifies PointBridge to be nominated for the regional partner awards at the Microsoft Worldwide Microsoft Partner Conference in July 2008.
