Terrence is currently chairman and CEO of LaunchPoint, a company that specializes in speeding products to market that focus on the next wave of Personal Decision Support (PDS) and Business Decision Support (BDS) solutions. The products span industries, set aside traditional approaches to solution sets, target to over simplify the handling of the masses and complexity of data to the end user, and therefore result in wildfire market adoption.
Before joining LaunchPoint, Terrence led the World Wide Information Management practice for Hewlett-Packard (HP). Terrence was responsible for building HP’s global presence for Information Management services. Specifically, he globally led the strategy, portfolio and programs for HP’s Information Management services, which include the disciplines of business intelligence, content management, data management and unified information management.
Terrence joined HP in late 2006 when HP acquired Knightsbridge, the leading business intelligence consultancy that he co-founded. There he most recently served as delivery operations leader and CIO, where he led the field delivery operations team, global delivery offerings, international expansion and offices, and multiple other key strategic initiatives to drive corporate growth. As a member of the Board, Terrence was also responsible for positioning and negotiating venture capital, negotiating multiple M&A activities, as well as put on point for the HP integration by Knightsbridge and HP leadership.
Prior to Knightsbridge, Terrence held various leadership roles at: Lante, Technology Solutions Company and American Management Systems.
Terrence’s consultative management background, significant domestic and international leadership experiences, and his executive oversight in many capacities have directly impacted many companies’ year-over-year growth and success.
Terrence has over 20 years of business systems implementation experience, complemented by over 15 years of consulting-centric management and leadership background. He has served in multiple board capacities with additional companies, universities, not-for-profits, and is also involved with charitable organizations.
Terrence is based in Chicago, IL. He holds a bachelor of science degree in computer science with minors in accounting and business administration from Illinois State University.
