Patty Ravencroft has over fourteen years of human resource management experience in the IT services industry. She joined PointBridge in 2005 and is currently responsible for the development and implementation of human resources programs that support corporate goals and objectives.
Prior to joining PointBridge, Ms. Ravencroft served as director of human resources and operations at Parian Development Group Inc., one of the strongest Microsoft Partners in the Midwest throughout the 1990's. There she worked closely with senior management to continually develop the company's talent and culture from start-up through geographic expansion and acquisition. Following the company's acquisition, Ms. Ravencroft worked several years for the acquiring company, Getronics, as Midwest and East Coast regional human resources manager for the business solutions and consulting business unit.
Ms. Ravencroft has also held key HR management roles at The Chicago Zoological Society and Lante Corporation. She holds a bachelor's degree in business and human resources from DePaul University.
