Mike Gersten serves as the chief executive officer of PointBridge. In his role, Mr. Gersten is responsible for guiding the company’s strategy and direction, leading an outstanding team of executives, and driving measured operational performance for the company. Mr. Gersten’s career has been defined by his unwavering belief that business results are tied most directly to the development of motivated teams and an adherence to meaningful corporate values. Mr. Gersten founded PointBridge, his second successful start-up organization, in 2004.
Previously, Mr. Gersten was a managing partner of Intrinsic Technologies, a leading IT services firm in the Midwest. Before co-founding Intrinsic, he worked for Entex Information Services, a $2 billion systems integrator based in New York. While at Entex, Mr. Gersten held a variety of roles including that of management consultant, engagement leader and consulting services director.
Mr. Gersten is currently on the boards of The Orbis Forum, a group representing the top 100 technology entrepreneurs in Chicago; EZCom Software and the SOL Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on advancing adolescent education. Mr. Gersten received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin. He enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter and son in addition to golfing and cycling.
