Michelle Mercado is a business development manager for PointBridge. She has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry providing Microsoft solutions for mid to enterprise customers.
Before joining PointBridge, Michelle served as an enterprise account manager for The Information Management Group (IMG), a Chicago-based IT firm focused on training and staffing. During Michelle’s tenure at IMG, the firm won various awards from Microsoft including North American Certified Technical Education Center (CTEC) of the Year for 2003 and Worldwide Microsoft CTEC of the Year for 2001.
