Lisa Favela is a human resources associate with PointBridge. Prior to joining PointBridge, Lisa worked in human resources at the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, JPMorgan Chase, and ShopLocal focusing on employee relations, benefits administration, payroll, and training.
Lisa will soon receive her BA in Human Resources Management and Organizational Management from Ashford University and is looking forward to applying her coursework knowledge to her new role.
Lisa lives in the Roger’s Park neighborhood of Chicago with her husband, Eric, and their cat, Olive. She enjoys reading, traveling, trying new restaurants, and cheering on the Chicago Bears.
