As the director of business development, Lance Russell manages the PointBridge direct sales force and oversees all account management activities. Mr. Russell has an extensive background in sales and management training.
Before founding PointBridge in 2004, Mr. Russell served as the director of business development for Intrinsic Technologies, a leading IT services firm in the Midwest. While at Intrinsic, Mr. Russell architected, built and managed the company's very successful software partner program.
Before joining Intrinsic, Mr. Russell worked for Robert Half International, a $2 billion specialized staffing company. As Chicago division director for Robert Half Technology he had P&L responsibility for an IT staffing operation with over 40 consultants. As director of field operations for Robert Half's newly-created IT Search Division, Mr. Russell directed all field marketing, operations and training, and led the division's growth to $20 million in revenue within the first year of operations.
Mr. Russell earned a Bachelor of Science in finance from Indiana University.
