Jilla Malekzadeh is a Senior User Experience Consultant for PointBridge. Jilla, an enthusiastic pioneer of content strategy and user experience, has 16 years of experience envisioning and designing innovative solutions for a variety of companies, including startups, non-profits, universities, and Fortune 500 companies. She has worked on projects in a wide range of domains, from consumer-oriented Web sites to enterprise systems. Jilla’s strong technical and design knowledge has helped her establish credibility and act as a communication bridge between information technology and business teams within organizations. This enables her to design and implement high-quality, usable, and accessible productivity applications and information. In 2008, Jilla founded her own Design Strategy Consulting Firm and prior to that she was the Creative Director at The University of Chicago Medical Center.
Jilla is a member of IxDA, IAI and SIGCHI. Outside work, she enjoys traveling, arts, social media, reading and organic gardening.
