Ilya Basin is a senior consultant for PointBridge. Ilya has over 14 years of professional experience in software development, including over 10 years of designing and implementing solutions for the Windows Server platform in the energy management, job placement, and mortgage industries. Prior to PointBridge, Ilya was director of technology for an Internet startup in Milwaukee, WI.
Ilya grew up in the former Soviet Union, and moved to Milwaukee with his family in 1993. He earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science and his master’s degree in engineering management from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. He currently resides in the suburbs of Milwaukee with his wife and son.
Outside of work, Ilya is a World War II history buff. Among other things, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading and traveling.
