As director of professional services for PointBridge, Mr. Matyas is responsible for services delivery, engagement management and solutions architecture. Mr. Matyas has spent much of his career focused on helping clients realize the highest return on their investment in Microsoft technologies with particular emphasis on communications and collaboration applications.
Before joining PointBridge in 2005, Mr. Matyas served as director of professional services for The Information Management Group (IMG), a Chicago-based IT firm focused on training and staffing. During Mr. Matyas' tenure at IMG, the firm won various awards from Microsoft including North American Certified Technical Education Center (CTEC) of the Year for 2003 and Worldwide Microsoft CTEC of the Year for 2001.
Before joining IMG, Mr. Matyas worked for CVC Corp. in Detroit, Michigan where he served as executive vice president for Professional Services and WebStyles LLC in Chicago, which he founded. Mr. Matyas attended the University of Illinois.
