Winston & Strawn LLP, one of the nation's larest law firms, partnered with PointBridge to achieve a knowledge management and search platform for the company's expansive network of professionals. Over a period of 4-5 months, PointBridge developed a series of wireframes and implemented a solution using FAST and SharePoint 2010. Matt Van Ordstrand, Senior Manager of Practice Support Services, worked with PointBridge to accomplish his vision of one, single search box, using the advanced meta data capabilities found in FAST.
Over time, the solution is expected to provide Winston and Strawn's attorneys with the ability to find knowledge more quickly and easily in multiple offices and cities.
