Increased stability and decreased IT costs through Activity Directory assessment and upgrade to Exchange 2003.

Company Overview
Sirva, Inc. is a leading, global provider of relocation solutions with operations that span over 175 countries. It employs over 5,000 employees and has an extensive network of disparate agents.

Client Challenge
Sirva was using a complex Active Directory forest model to facilitate network account management, authentication services and core networking. It needed a solution to streamline its system management, while at the same time migrating to an upgraded messaging system.

Solution
Over the course of three months PointBridge provided an assessment and application of best practices to Sirva’s Active Directory forest and a migration/upgrade of the existing Exchange 2000 servers and users to Exchange 2003. PointBridge also ensured all related networking services were operable and completed the migration of various servers and workstations into the newly established forest.
