Delivery Model 

 
A key component of the PointBridge approach is our delivery model. We use a proven methodology and set of processes to deliver business technology solutions on time and on budget. PointBridge has customized this model to fit our client needs for SharePoint, Exchange, Office Communications Server, Business Intelligence and Core Infrastructure solutions.

The PointBridge delivery model is a team-based approach where each client works with a dedicated engagement manager, business development manager, executive sponsor, and a team of consultants, technology specialists and solution architects selected to best fulfill project demands. This highly operational and fluid design ensures that client needs are met from every angle. We measure our success on a quarterly basis through a customer satisfaction feedback process. Armed with this intelligence we are able to continuously increase client satisfaction.

We ensure project success under our program management office and project estimation model, as well as SharePoint team sites and SharePoint and Visual Studio Team Foundation Server project work spaces designed to keep everyone connected and working towards the same goal. We use Microsoft technologies to keep our teams connected no matter where they are located globally.
